1. Execution Head
- Level: AVP / VP
- Experience: 25+ years
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years experience at Regional Office / Head Office level
- Project Exposure: Large-scale Water & Irrigation projects
2. Project Managers (DGM / AGM Cadre)
- Qualification: B.Tech (Mandatory)
- Experience: 20+ years
- Project Experience Required:
- Canal Projects
- Lift Irrigation Projects
- Rural Water Supply Projects
- Preferred Age: Below 45 years
(Exception applicable for candidates handling ₹5000 Cr+ projects)
3. Project Coordinators
- Preferred Qualification: NICMAR / PMP / MRICS
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Key Skill: Ability to handle 3 or more projects simultaneously
