Candidates with experience only in High-Rise Commercial Building projects are encouraged to apply.
Note: Candidates from PMC / Real Estate / Infrastructure projects are NOT eligible.
Open Positions
1. DGM – EHS
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Safety
- Experience:
- 16+ years in EHS
- Minimum 4 years as EHS Head handling multiple projects
- NEBOSH / IOSH mandatory
2. Manager – Project Execution (MIVAN)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil
- Experience:
- 13–15 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Minimum 3 years as Project Manager
- Strong MIVAN experience
3. Civil Engineer (MIVAN)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil
- Experience:
- 4–8 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Strong exposure to MIVAN construction
4. Planning Engineer
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil
- Experience:
- 5–10 years in high-rise commercial projects
- Proficiency in Primavera & MS Project
5. Quality Engineer
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil
- Experience:
- 5–10 years in quality control for high-rise commercial buildings
6. BBS / Billing / QS Engineer
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil
- Experience:
- 5–10 years in BBS, billing, and quantity surveying
- High-rise commercial project exposure mandatory
7. Safety Officer
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Safety
- Experience:
- 4–10 years in EHS for high-rise buildings
- NEBOSH / IOSH preferred
8. Safety Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma in Safety
- Experience:
- 4–10 years in high-rise building projects
9. Scaffolding Foreman
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience:
- 4–10 years in scaffolding works for high-rise buildings
- MIVAN exposure preferred
10. Supervisor / Foreman – Project Execution
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience:
- 4–10 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Strong MIVAN execution experience
11. Foreman – Civil / Steel / Shuttering Supervisor
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience:
- 4–10 years as Supervisor / Foreman in steel or shuttering works
- High-rise building experience mandatory
