- Location: Bangalore & Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 17 / 18 / 20 / 22 years (Execution)
- Domain: High-Rise Commercial Buildings
- Mandatory:
- Minimum 3 / 5 / 7 years as Project Head
- Strong experience in Mivan construction
- Candidate must be in the same role or one level below in the current organization
2. AGM – Planning
- Location: Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15–16 years
- Domain: Planning for High-Rise Commercial Buildings
- Skills Required: MS Project, Primavera (mandatory)
3. AGM – Quality
- Location: Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15–16 years
- Domain: Quality / QS / Billing for High-Rise Commercial Buildings
4. Engineer – Quality
- Location: Bangalore / Pune / Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4–16 years
- Domain: Quality Engineering for High-Rise Commercial Buildings
5. Engineer – Execution (Mivan)
- Location: Bangalore
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4–10 years
- Domain: Execution in High-Rise Commercial Buildings
- Mandatory: Mivan experience
