- Role:
• Multiple pipeline spreads ka execution management
• Resource planning, coordination & progress monitoring
2. Station In-Charge cum Civil Engineer
- Role:
• Station-wise civil execution & supervision
• Site coordination, quality & progress control
3. Planning Engineer
- Role:
• Project planning, scheduling & monitoring
• Progress tracking, reports & coordination
4. Mechanical Engineer – QA/QC
- Role:
• Mechanical QA/QC inspections
• Welding, testing & documentation compliance
5. Construction Engineer
- Role:
• Site execution & supervision of pipeline works
• Coordination with contractors & engineers
6. HDD Engineer
- Role:
• HDD execution & monitoring
• Bore profile, drilling & safety coordination
7. Safety Engineer
- Role:
• Site safety implementation & audits
• Toolbox talks, documentation & compliance
8. Stores In-Charge
- Role:
• Material management & inventory control
• Store records, inward/outward & reporting
