Roles & responsibilities
The role holder will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control systems for highway, flyover, and bridge projects, ensuring compliance with approved quality plans, contract specifications, IRC / IS / MORTH standards, and client requirements across all stages of construction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) establish, implement aur monitor karna as per contract requirements
- Specifications, drawings, method statements, ITPs aur quality procedures ke compliance ko ensure karna
- Substructure, superstructure, casting yards, segment casting, launching aur PSC works ke QA/QC activities supervise karna
- Concrete, steel, bearings, expansion joints aur structural components ke material inspection, testing aur approvals coordinate karna
- Client, PMC, Independent Engineer aur third-party inspection agencies ke saath liaison karna
- Cube strength, concrete durability parameters aur approved mix design compliance monitor karna
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective aur preventive actions manage karna
- In-house aur third-party material testing (cement, aggregate, fly ash, soil, concrete etc.) IS Codes ke as per supervise karna aur records maintain karna
- Soil test, compaction test, curing methods, batch certificates, precast inspection, coordinates verification, concrete pouring aur cube testing witness karna
- Concrete plant aur laboratory equipment ki calibration ensure karna as per contract agreement
- Precast segment production ko Inspection Test Plan ke as per check karna
- Proper QA/QC documentation maintain aur manage karna
