Key Responsibilities
• Highway construction works ki supervision
• Dumping work supervision (WMM, GSB)
• Site par machinery ka coordination & control
• Labour deployment aur productivity management
• Earthwork execution – loading & unloading
• Subgrade level checking, alignment & compaction
• Drawings ke as per execution, safety aur quality standards ensure karna
Qualification & Experience
• Diploma / ITI / Equivalent in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years ka experience Highway / Road Projects me
• WMM, GSB, Earthwork & Subgrade ka strong knowledge
• Manpower aur machinery handle karne ki ability
• Safety aur quality norms ki working knowledge
