Key Personnel Requirement
1. Team Leader cum Financial Expert
- No. of Positions: 02
- Duration: 24 Months
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Experience:
- 20 years in construction industry
- Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Railway/Highway Projects
- Worked as Team Leader (In-charge of Project) for at least 3 years OR
- Worked as Deputy Team Leader / Resident Engineer for minimum 5 years
- OR minimum 5 years service in JAG & above or equivalent grade in:
- Indian Railways / RITES / IRCON / RVNL
- Konkan Railway / MRVC / DFCCIL
- Any JV/SPV under Ministry of Railways or Metro Rail Corporations
- Note: Experience will be counted after graduation in Civil Engineering
2. Lead Designer (Structural)
- No. of Positions: 02
- Duration: 12 Months
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred)
- Minimum Experience:
- 15 years
- Relevant Experience:
- Experience in structural design related to execution of works, preferably near running track
- OR design experience in JA or equivalent grade and above in:
- Railways / RITES / IRCON / RVNL
- Konkan Railway / MRVC / DFCCIL
- Any JV/SPV under Ministry of Railways or Metro Rail Corporations
3. Project Architect
- No. of Positions: 02
- Duration: 18 Months
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute
- Minimum Experience:
- 10 years
- Relevant Experience:
- Experience in planning and designing
- PMC or execution of commercial structures
4. Senior Manager – MEPF
- No. of Positions: 02
- Duration: 18 Months
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Experience:
- 10 years
- Relevant Experience:
- Experience in MEPF services of public buildings
- OR minimum 3 years experience in JA or equivalent grade and above in:
- Electrical/Mechanical Department of Railways
- RITES / IRCON / RVNL
- Konkan Railway / MRVC / DFCCIL
- Any JV/SPV under Ministry of Railways or Metro Rail Corporations
5. Project Manager / Resident Engineer (Civil)
- No. of Positions: 02
- Duration: 24 Months
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Experience:
- 15 years
- Relevant Experience:
- Worked as Resident Engineer / Senior Engineer for minimum 3 years
- OR minimum 5 years service in Senior Scale & above or equivalent grade in:
- Indian Railways / RITES / IRCON / RVNL
- Konkan Railway / MRVC / DFCCIL
- Any JV/SPV under Ministry of Railways or Metro Rail Corporations
