ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following Government-recognized degrees and must have passed their final examination within two years from the closing date of application.

3. Medical Fitness
Candidates must be medically fit as per provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.
4. Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Requirement
- Candidate must have an active Aadhaar-seeded bank account
- Bank account must be DBT enabled
- Name & Date of Birth must match across:
- Matriculation Certificate / Birth Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Bank Account
SHORTLISTING OF APPLICATIONS
- Applications will be shortlisted discipline-wise & region-wise
- Shortlisting will be based on percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification
- Aggregate marks of all subjects of all years/semesters will be considered
- Higher age will be given preference in case of tie in marks

SELECTION PROCESS

- Candidates must accept Tri-partite Apprenticeship Contract on NATS portal
- Submission of Medical Certificate in prescribed format is mandatory

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Joining must be on or before 31 March 2026
- Apprenticeship tenure is strictly one year
- No extension or employment claim after completion
- No regular course or job allowed during apprenticeship
- Apprentices may be rotated across departments
- Confidentiality & IP rights will belong to GRID-INDIA
- GRID-INDIA reserves the right to modify / cancel the process
