- Mandatory: CPWD building construction experience
- Location: Pune / Assam / Bangalore
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil

3. Foreman
- Experience: 10 – 13 Years
- Mandatory: Building construction experience
- Location: Pune / Assam / Bangalore
- Education: 10th or 12th Pass
