KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- CV sourcing and end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordination with project & department heads
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- HR documentation and employee record management
- MIS preparation, tracking & reporting
- Experience in Infrastructure / Construction hiring will be an added advantage
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in recruitment activities
- Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
