- Reports To: Site Engineer / Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily labour activities at construction site
- Ensure workers follow approved drawings & instructions
- Monitor material usage & availability at site
- Maintain daily labour attendance & work allocation
- Ensure proper housekeeping & site discipline
- Coordinate with engineers for work sequencing
- Monitor formwork, reinforcement & concreting activities
- Ensure workers use safety equipment at all times
Skills Required
- Practical knowledge of construction activities
- Ability to manage and lead labour teams
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Strong communication with workers & engineers
