- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concept to execution
- Multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, Structure, ID, Landscape)
- Tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite
- ELV / ICT Design Lead
- Experience: 16–19 Years
- Qualification: B.E (Electrical / E&TC)
- Key Responsibilities:
- ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, BMS, AV, DAS, VOIP
- LAN, BOQ, and tendering
- Knowledge of NBC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA codes
- Network fundamentals (IP, VLAN, DHCP)
- CCNA / CISSP preferred
