Open Design Disciplines
1. Structural Design (Structural Design – D0526)
- Qualification: Post Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Experience in structural design consultancy projects preferred
2. HVAC Design (HVAC Design – D0526)
- Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in HVAC system design preferred
3. Electrical Design (Electrical Design – D0526)
- Qualification: Graduate in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in electrical design and consultancy projects preferred
4. ELV & ICT Design (ELV & ICT Design – D0526)
- Qualification: Graduate in ECE / Electrical Engineering
- Experience in ELV systems and ICT design preferred
5. Fire Engineering & Mechanical Systems (PPS Design – D0526)
- Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in fire engineering systems preferred
6. PHE Design (PHE Design – D0526)
- Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical / Environment Engineering
- Experience in plumbing and public health engineering design preferred
Experience Required
- 3–15 Years in engineering design and consultancy firms
- Experience in the following project sectors preferred:
- Residential Projects
- Commercial Buildings
- Hospitals
- Data Centers
- Airports
- Public Infrastructure
- Industrial & Factory Projects
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to industry-standard design software
- Strong technical and consultancy experience
- Ability to handle large-scale infrastructure and building projects
Educational Qualification
- Post Graduate in Engineering (Civil / Structural)
- Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Environment / ECE)
