Job Details
- Position: Sr. Engineer (Township Infrastructure & Small RCC Structural Works) – Lead Billing
- Experience Required: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: B.E. Civil (Full Time)
- Job Location: Pune
- Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Execute township infrastructure works including:
- Internal Roads
- Drains
- Water Supply
- Sewerage
- STP
- Landscaping
- Street Lighting
Plan, coordinate, and monitor small RCC structural works including:
- Retaining Walls
- Chambers
- Culverts
- Footings
- Plinths
- Slabs
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works
Prepare and review BOQs, running measurements, and rate analysis
Lead complete billing process including:
- RA Bills
- Client/Consultant Bills
- Variation Claims
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams
Maintain execution and billing-related documentation and reports
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of township infrastructure works and RCC structures
- Good understanding of estimation, costing, BOQs, and billing procedures
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, MS Excel, Billing Software
- Good communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to independently manage site execution and billing
