- Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of RCC works, finishing activities, and site execution.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and project teams.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
BBS / Billing Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in billing, quantity surveying, and BBS preparation.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and material reconciliation.
- Experience in client and contractor billing activities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
QA/QC Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and inspections.
- Experience in testing, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to maintain QA/QC records and reports.
Planning Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
