- Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

- Experience Required: 5–10 Years
- Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA (Based on Experience)
Qualification
- MBA (HR)
- MHRM
- MSW
- PGDM – HR
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant HR Compliance experience.
- Prior experience in the Construction or Infrastructure Industry is mandatory.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Core HR and HR Compliance.
- Expertise in Statutory Compliance and Site-Level Compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Regulations.
- Experience in maintaining statutory registers and compliance records.
- Exposure to internal and external compliance audits.
- Ability to coordinate compliance activities across multiple project sites.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate site-level compliance activities across project locations.
- Handle internal and external compliance audits.
- Monitor adherence to government regulations and company policies.
- Support HR operations and compliance reporting activities.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding statutory matters.
- Ensure timely submission of compliance-related reports and returns.
