- Experience: 12–18 Years
- Project Experience: High-Rise Residential Building Projects (Mandatory)
2. Plumbing Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Project Experience: Plumbing Services for High-Rise Residential Projects
3. Fire Fighting Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Project Experience: Fire Fighting Systems for High-Rise Residential Projects
4. MEP QS Engineer / Senior Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5–12 Years
- Required Skills:
- Estimation
- BOQ Preparation
- Cost Control
- Billing
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- Experience in High-Rise Residential Building Projects (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements
- Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant MEP software (preferred)
