Open Positions
1. Manager / Deputy Manager – Planning
- Qualification: Full-Time B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Resource planning and monitoring.
- Progress tracking and reporting.
- Project control using planning tools.
- Coordination with project execution teams.
2. Manager / Deputy Manager – Costing (Commercial)
- Qualification: Full-Time B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Project costing and budgeting.
- Commercial management.
- Cost control and estimation.
- BOQ review and contract support.
- Financial monitoring of projects.
3. BBS Engineer
- Qualification: Full-Time B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Reinforcement quantity estimation.
- Coordination with site execution teams.
- Steel reconciliation and quantity tracking.
- Drawing interpretation and reinforcement planning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant educational qualification as specified for each position.
- Experience in Building or High-Rise Construction Projects is mandatory.
- Candidates should have strong technical knowledge related to their respective discipline.
