- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 6–12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production execution.
- Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
2. Plant In-Charge – Quality (Ready Mix Concrete)
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality through mix design and material testing.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Improve production efficiency while supporting customer satisfaction.
3. Batching Plant Operator – Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
- Education: ITI
- Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain batching plant equipment efficiently.
- Support uninterrupted concrete production.
- Follow safety procedures and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria
