1. Manager – Civil / MEP
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 12–18 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMC activities for high-rise residential projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project quality, cost, safety, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and project specifications.
2. Assistant Manager – Civil / MEP
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 7–12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution activities.
- Coordinate with site teams and consultants.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and technical compliance.
- Assist in project documentation and reporting.
3. Senior Engineer – Civil / MEP
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site execution and PMC activities.
- Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors for smooth project execution.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain technical documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
