- Qualification: MBA / B.E. / B.Tech or Relevant Qualification
- Experience: Relevant Experience in Highway Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage tendering, client relationships, and project acquisition.
- Handle National and International Highway Business Development activities.
2. HR – Railway
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / Graduate or Relevant Qualification
- Experience: Experience in Railway or Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations for railway projects.
- Recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Support project manpower planning and administration.
3. Railway General Manager (GM)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Relevant Engineering Qualification
- Experience: Relevant Railway Project Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead railway project execution and operations.
- Manage project teams, client coordination, and resource planning.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
4. Track Designer
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Relevant Qualification
- Experience: Railway Track Design Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare geometric and detailed railway track designs.
- Review engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with design and project teams.
5. Billing Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Relevant Billing Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity estimates and project billing.
- Handle BOQs, client billing, and cost management.
- Maintain billing records and commercial documentation.
6. Water Designer (SewerGEMS)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Relevant Qualification
- Experience: Water & Sewer Network Design Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design sewer and water distribution networks.
- Work using SewerGEMS and WaterGEMS software.
- Prepare hydraulic models and engineering reports.
