- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12+ Years
Mandatory Requirement
- Primavera P6 experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Resource planning and project coordination.
- Progress monitoring and reporting.
- Delay analysis and recovery planning.
2. Senior Manager – EHS
- Job Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering + ADIS (Mandatory)
- Experience: 15+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS management systems.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure statutory compliance and HSE standards.
- Lead safety awareness programs and risk assessments.
3. Project Manager
- Job Location: Pune
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: Additional Certification or PGDM
- Experience: 15+ Years
Mandatory Requirement
- Experience in High-Rise Residential Building Projects is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
