1. Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer / GM (QS) / AGM (QS)

• Experience: 7+ to 15 Years
• Job Location: Cuttack, Odisha
• Preferred Candidates: Odisha Candidates Preferred
• Project Experience: Mandatory experience in NHAI Road/Highway Projects
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse structural drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Manage coordination between the Head Office and Site teams.
• Follow up with NHAI, Irrigation, and District Administration officials.
• Handle Bills, SPS, IPC, and related project documentation.
• Manage client correspondence and project coordination.
• Guide and support execution/site teams whenever required.

2. QC Engineer

• Experience: 5+ Years
• Job Location: Odisha (Multiple Locations)
• Project Experience: Highway / Road Construction Projects
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure quality compliance as per MoRTH/NHAI specifications and approved Quality Plan.
• Conduct inspection and testing of road works, structures, materials, and workmanship.
• Maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams on quality-related matters.
• Prepare QC reports, NCRs, and ensure corrective actions.
• Verify drawings, specifications, and material approvals.
• Support site teams in achieving project quality standards.

3. Land Surveyor

• Experience: Up to 8+ Years (Budget)
• Job Location: Odisha (Multiple Project Sites)
• Project Experience: Road / Highway Projects
• Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Odisha are preferred.
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct topographical, setting out, and as-built surveys for road projects.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and project documentation.
• Operate Total Station, GPS, and other survey instruments.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure accurate execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in NHAI, MoRTH, Road, or Highway Construction Projects.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Odisha candidates and candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply for applicable positions.
