Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Eligibility Criteria
- 6–8 years of experience in Civil Construction Greenfield Projects.
- Experience in the Power & Energy Industry.
- Expertise in BTG (Boiler, Turbine & Generator), BOP (Balance of Plant), and structural works in thermal power plant construction.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures for thermal power projects.
- Understanding of Indian Standards (IS Codes) and relevant international construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil construction activities for greenfield power projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives and milestones.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of STAAD Pro.
- Experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
- Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
- Understanding of IS Codes and international standards for thermal power plant construction.
