Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
- Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational issues at the project site.
- Prepare regular progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and project handover.
