Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Operations and maintenance of the packing plant.
- Optimization of packing plant operations.
- Planning and executing maintenance activities.
- Spare parts planning and billing related to packing plant equipment.
- Managing wagon tippler, wagon loading, truck loading, HEMM and locomotive operations.
- Coordinating with Indian Railways for smooth inward and outward rake movement.
- Working closely with loading contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Conducting training programs for workmen as per operational standards.
- Manpower planning and workforce scheduling.
- Preparing shift schedules for smooth plant operations.
- Coordinating with the logistics team to achieve S&OP targets.
- Monitoring packing bag inventory and coordinating with Stores and Purchase departments.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards across packing plant operations.
