1. Project Manager – Solar
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional project execution from the Head Office.
- Work closely with Site Heads to resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely project delivery through stakeholder management and governance.
- Monitor project progress through regular site engagement.
2. Project Manager – Wind
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional coordination for wind power projects.
- Partner with Site Heads to improve execution efficiency.
- Drive project governance and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure on-time delivery of wind energy projects.
3. Site Head – Solar
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar projects.
- Manage EPC contractors, OEMs, and site teams.
- Oversee safety, quality, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
4. Site Head – Wind
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of large-scale wind energy projects.
- Manage EPC contractors, OEMs, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and commissioning requirements.
- Deliver projects within planned timelines.
5. Field Quality – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct construction quality audits and periodic inspections.
- Ensure quality compliance across project sites.
- Perform third-party inspections.
- Maintain quality standards throughout project execution.
6. Supply Quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply quality and inspection activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional inspection workflows.
- Ensure timely RFI, MDCC, and QAP approvals.
- Conduct supplier assessments and monitor vendor compliance with ABRen standards.
7. Design Engineer – SCADA, PPC & SAS Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, and commission:
- SCADA Systems
- PPC (Power Plant Controller)
- SAS (Substation Automation System)
- Work on communication infrastructure for utility-scale Solar, Wind, and Hybrid Renewable Energy Projects.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant qualification and experience as per the position applied for.
