Safety Engineer / EHS Engineer
Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- ADIS / IOSH / NEBOSH certification preferred
- Fire & Safety Certification will be an added advantage
Experience
- Degree Holders: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience
- Diploma Holders: Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience
Preferred Industry Experience
- Railway Electrification (OHE)
- Metro Rail Projects
- Electrical Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards at project sites.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
- Perform Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety documentation.
- Monitor unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Implement and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with site teams and client representatives.
- Ensure PPE compliance and electrical safety at project sites.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualification and required experience.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety management systems.
- Experience in Railway Electrification, OHE, Metro Rail, or Electrical Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
