1. Engineer / Senior Engineer – Structures (Casting & Steel Yard)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Casting Yard activities including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, segment casting, curing and stacking.
- Manage Steel Yard activities, including material planning, cutting, bending and proper utilization of reinforcement steel.
- Prepare and review BBS and coordinate material requirements.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain DPR and other site records.
- Coordinate with concerned project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Casting Yard and/or Steel Yard operations.
- Good knowledge of BBS, reinforcement, shuttering and structural works.
- Experience in Highway, Bridge or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
2. Supervisor – Structures (Piling Works)
- Location: Jharkhand
- Department: Structures
- Project Area: Piling Works
- Relevant Experience: Piling Works and Structural Site Execution
- Preferred Experience: Highway, Bridge and Infrastructure Projects
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise piling activities as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, machinery and daily site activities.
- Ensure proper execution, quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Surveyors and Sub-contractors.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain site records.
- Ensure piling and structural activities are executed according to project requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Piling Works and Structural Site Execution.
- Experience in Highway, Bridge or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
- Good manpower management and team coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of site execution and safety requirements.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates should have relevant experience according to the position applied for.
- Experience in Highway, Bridge and Infrastructure Projects will be an advantage.
- Structure Engineers should have knowledge of Casting Yard, Steel Yard, BBS, Reinforcement and Shuttering activities.
