Vindhya Telelinks Limited, an MP Birla Group Company, is inviting applications from experienced professionals for prestigious RDSS Power Distribution Projects across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The recruitment is being conducted on a Fixed Term Employment basis for professionals experienced in survey, design, engineering, erection, testing and commissioning of power distribution infrastructure.
The company is looking for candidates for various technical, engineering, project management, quality, safety, billing, planning and stores positions. Professionals with experience in RDSS, DDUGJY, IPDS and RGGVY schemes will be considered for the available opportunities.
Project Work Experience
Candidates with experience in the following electrical works are required:
- 33/11 KV Sub-Stations
- 33 KV HT Lines – Overhead & Underground
- 11 KV Distribution Transformers & RMUs
- 11 KV HT Lines – Overhead & Underground
- LT Lines – Overhead & Underground
- Capacitor Banks
- Other associated electrical works under RDSS, DDUGJY, IPDS & RGGVY schemes

Qualification & Requirements
For Execution / Technical Staff:
- B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant experience in power distribution projects
- Experience in survey, design, engineering, erection, testing and commissioning will be preferred
- Candidates with completed distribution or similar projects in Southern India will be preferred
Language Preference
Preference will be given to candidates proficient in:
- Malayalam
- English
- Hindi
Other Requirement
A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory for field duties.
