Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Executing and supervising construction activities as per drawings and specifications
- Maintaining construction quality and safety standards
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants and site teams
- Monitoring labour, materials, equipment and productivity
- Maintaining daily progress reports, site records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety requirements
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and site execution
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Basic understanding of estimation and billing
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Time management and reporting skills
