- Responsibilities: Handle contract drafting, negotiation, compliance and renewals while protecting project and business interests.
2. QA/QC Engineer
- Experience: 5–12 Years

- Responsibilities: Prepare quality documentation, test cases and scenarios, and inspect materials, components and finished works.
3. Planning Engineer

5. Safety Officer

- Responsibilities: Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments and implement safety policies, procedures and emergency response plans.
6. Construction Manager

- Responsibilities: Develop project plans and milestones, estimate project costs and monitor materials, labour, equipment and project expenditure.
7. MEPF Engineer

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical
- Required Experience: PMC
- Preferred Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
- Responsibilities: Handle HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ventilation and mechanical utility systems along with HT/LT systems, substations, DG sets, UPS, electrical panels, lighting and ELV systems.
8. Civil / Structures / Finishes Engineer
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC

- Responsibilities: Supervise civil and structural works as per approved drawings and specifications and manage finishing activities.
9. MEP Manager

- Responsibilities: Manage MEPF design and execution while ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
10. Design Coordinator
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Arch / B.Tech – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC
- Preferred Experience: High-Rise Residential
- Responsibilities: Coordinate design deliverables between internal teams and external stakeholders and maintain records of submissions, comments and revisions.
