Role & Project Exposure
Graduate Engineer Trainees will get hands-on exposure to various aspects of construction project execution and management.
The role may provide practical experience in:
- Project Operations and Site Execution
- Planning and Project Coordination
- Quantity Surveying (QS)
- BBS and Rebar Quantity Management
- QA/QC and Quality Documentation
- Structural Works
- Reinforcement Works
- Formwork
- Concreting
- Finishing Works
- Construction Drawings

- Coordination with Project Teams
Candidates will work closely with Planning, QS, BBS, QA/QC and Project Operations teams, gaining practical exposure to end-to-end high-rise construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Graduate Engineer Trainee position should meet the following requirements:
- B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.E. in Construction Management.
- Must be a pass-out of 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should have strong technical fundamentals.

- Good communication and teamwork skills are preferred.
