- Qualification: Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10–20 years
- Key Areas: EPC Projects, Planning & Coordination, Client & Vendor Coordination, Project Execution, Site Monitoring, Cost Control, Project Profitability, Resource Planning, Budget Preparation and Project Management
- Preferred: Project Management / PMP certification
2. Site In-Charge
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15–20 years
- Key Areas: Site Management, Manpower & Resource Planning, Client Coordination, Project Execution, Cost Control, Budget Preparation and Site Operations
- Preferred: EPC / Industrial Project experience
3. Site Safety Officer & Supervisor
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. with Diploma in Industrial Safety Management recognized by State Board of Technical Education
- Experience: 5–15 years
- Key Areas: Site Safety Management, HSE Compliance, Risk Assessment, Toolbox Talks, Work Permits, Incident Prevention & Investigation and Safe Work Practices
4. Scaffolding Inspector
- Qualification: Certified Scaffolding Inspector
- Experience: 5–10 years
- Key Areas: Scaffolding Inspection, Erection, Dismantling, Component Checking and Safety Compliance
5. Site QA/QC Engineer – Civil
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4–12 years
- Key Areas: Quality Plans, Material Testing, Mix Design, Concrete Quality Monitoring, Inspections and Audits
- Requirement: Knowledge of Indian & International Standards and Quality Control Practices
6. Site QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- Key Areas: Fabrication & Welding, Piping Works, Quality Monitoring, Inspections and Audits
- Preferred: ASNT/ISNT NDT Level II certification, knowledge of ITPs, Quality Plans, NDT Procedures and Indian & International Standards
7. Lab Technician
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil / Construction Lab Testing
- Experience: 4–10 years
- Key Areas: Concrete, Cement, Aggregate and Construction Material Testing, Slump Testing, Cube Testing and Routine Laboratory Tests
8. Site Engineer – Civil
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4–15 years
- Key Areas: Concreting, Formwork, Reinforcement Work, Resource Planning and Site Execution
- Preferred: Power Plant / Industrial Project experience
9. Site Engineer – E&I
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 5–15 years
- Key Areas: Site HR Operations, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, PF, ESIC, Labour Licence and Site Administration
- Requirement: Proficiency in MS Excel
14. Site Accountant
- Qualification: B.Com. / M.Com.
- Experience: 8–15 years
- Key Areas: GST, TDS, Vendor Billing, RA Bills, Project Cost Control, Budgeting, Accounting and MIS
