1. Project Coordinator – Transmission Line
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5–8 years
- Location: Delhi – Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Transmission line project planning and coordination
- Tower erection and stringing
- RoW / Forest clearance follow-up
- Client and vendor liaison
- MS Project / Primavera scheduling
- Progress monitoring and reporting
2. Project Coordinator – Substation
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–8 years
- Location: Delhi – Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Substation construction coordination
- AIS / GIS substation knowledge
- Vendor and contractor coordination
- Planning and scheduling
- Billing and progress tracking
- Liaison with clients and statutory bodies
3. Design Profiling
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Location: Delhi – Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Tower / structure design profiling
- PLS-CADD
- Sag-tension calculation
- Survey data interpretation
- AutoCAD
- Coordination with design and survey teams
4. Quality Head
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12–15 years
- Location: Delhi – Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- QA/QC management
- IS/IEC codes and standards
- Material inspection and testing
- ITP preparation
- Quality audits
- Vendor quality assessment
- NCR and documentation control
5. Safety Head
- Qualification: Graduation
- Experience: 12–15 years
- Location: Delhi – Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- HSE management
- Safety audits and risk assessment
- Statutory compliance, including Factory Act / EHS
- Incident investigation
- Permit-to-Work systems
- Safety training and toolbox talks
