Posana Energy Private Limited is looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join its team for the execution of EPC projects in the Renewable Energy sector across multiple locations in India. The company is seeking Civil and Electrical professionals who can contribute to the execution, supervision, quality, safety and timely completion of Wind and Solar EPC projects.

1. Site Supervisor / Site Engineer – Civil & Electrical
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Freshers are highly preferred
- Location: Pan India
- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Wind / Solar EPC projects in the Renewable Energy sector
- Supervise site activities, including civil works, electrical works and related installations
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of project activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams
- Maintain daily reports and track project progress
- Ensure adherence to drawings, standards and project specifications
