Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited is hiring an experienced professional for the position of Camp Boss for its construction/infrastructure project site in Mumbai.

- Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
- Location: Project Site / Labour Camp – Mumbai
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Preferred Experience: Construction, Infrastructure, EPC or similar projects
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s labour/staff accommodation camp.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety and discipline within the camp.
- Coordinate accommodation, meals, water supply, housekeeping and basic camp facilities.
- Maintain records of employees/labourers staying in the camp.
- Coordinate with HR, site management, security, housekeeping and catering teams.
- Monitor camp supplies, inventory and maintenance requirements.
- Address workers’ accommodation-related concerns and escalate major issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour, safety and hygiene requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, kitchens, toilets and other facilities.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports regarding camp occupancy, maintenance, supplies and incidents.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in camp management.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC or similar projects is preferred.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage a large workforce and coordinate multiple service providers.
- Knowledge of camp hygiene, housekeeping, food services and basic safety practices.
Preferred
- Experience managing labour camps at large construction/project sites.
