1. Chief Resident Engineer & Team Leader cum Contracts Manager
- Education: Graduate in Architecture / Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of Project / Construction Management experience
- Project Experience: Residential buildings, row houses, residential gated communities, commercial buildings, airport infrastructure, railway infrastructure, hospital infrastructure and industrial buildings
- Location: Andhra Pradesh
- Position Level: Team Leader

- Job Description: Overall responsibility for the entire project and interaction with APRCDA. Responsible for controlling the staff deployed and the acts and abstinence to act by the staff of the contractor.
2. Construction Manager cum Design Review Manager – MEP
- Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of construction experience in residential buildings, row houses, residential gated communities, commercial buildings, airport infrastructure, railway infrastructure, hospital infrastructure and industrial buildings
- Additional Qualification: Master’s
- Location: Andhra Pradesh

7. Environmental Manager cum OHS Manager cum Social & Labour Manager
- Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering, preferably with Master’s in Environmental Engineering
- Additional Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences / Labour Management or related fields
- Experience: 10 years involving work zone safety assessments; relevant 5 years of experience for social sciences / labour management requirements
