3. QS & Billing
- Experience: 2–15 Years
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil
- Preferred: Relevant residential construction experience
4. Contracts
- Experience: 2–15 Years
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil
- Preferred: Relevant residential construction experience
5. MEP Execution
- Experience: 0–15 Years
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

6. Design Coordination

- Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil

- Qualification: Any Degree with a relevant safety certification
