Job Purpose
To ensure consistent quality of products and processes at the RMC unit, achieve compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement in quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for RMC products.
- Monitor and control the quality of raw materials, processes, and finished products.
- Implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines.
- Lead and guide Quality Control Engineers for effective team functioning.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain quality-related records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in quality processes.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech
- Experience: 4+ Years
- Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
