Key Requirements
- Experience in industrial or commercial construction projects with Mechanical and Electrical exposure.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, engineering drawings, specifications and installation methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve design clashes, coordination issues and constructability challenges.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in site execution, installation, testing and commissioning, and construction management.
Technical Skills Required
For BIM Modelers
- BIM modelling using Revit and Navisworks.
- Clash detection and MEP coordination.
- Quantity extraction and BIM documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
For CAD Operators
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- BIM modelling and related drafting software.
- Drawing management and documentation control.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Industrial plants and manufacturing facilities.
- Warehouses and commercial buildings.
- EPC and MEP projects.
- Semiconductor and data center projects.
