1. Project Manager (PM)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 25+ years overall, including 10+ years as Lead Project Manager
- Requirement: Major bridges, flyovers, ROBs, creek bridge execution and well sinking method.
2. Structure – DGM / AGM / Senior Manager
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15+ years in similar infrastructure projects.
3. Planning Head
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15+ years
- Skills: Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).
4. QS / Billing Position
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in client billing and subcontractor billing.
5. Lead Admin
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: 15+ years in end-to-end project administration.
