1. Engineer – QS & Planning
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Relevant experience in quantity surveying and planning for high-rise residential and commercial building projects
- Mandatory Expertise: Hands-on experience with the MIVAN Shuttering System
- Software Knowledge: Primavera P6 or MS Project (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
1. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed quantity estimates for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and verify measurements, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, quantities, and budget variations.
- Assist in rate analysis, cost estimation, and variation claims.
- Coordinate with execution, billing, contracts, and procurement teams.
2. Planning & Project Monitoring
- Develop and update project schedules, construction programmes, and work plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify delays and critical activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead plans, and progress statements.
- Track manpower, materials, equipment, and construction milestones.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective measures and achieve project deadlines.
Technical Skills Required
- Mandatory knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost analysis.
- Expertise in construction scheduling, progress tracking, and project reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and construction documentation.
