- Experience: 20–25 years
- Requirements: Experience executing at least two projects as Project In-Charge in power plants, cement plants, or other industrial projects.
- Age Requirement: Within 45 years
2. Section In-Charge
- Department: Execution
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil) / DCE
- Experience: 12–18 years
- Requirements: Experience in the construction of power plants, cement plants, or other industrial projects.
- Age Requirement: Within 45 years
3. Planning In-Charge
- Department: Planning
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil) / DCE with PMP
- Experience: 12–18 years
- Requirements: Experience in project planning and client billing for power plant, cement plant, or other industrial construction projects.
- Age Requirement: Within 45 years
4. QS Engineer
- Department: Billing
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil) / DCE
- Experience: 10–15 years
- Requirements: Must have successfully completed the final billing of two power plant, cement plant, or other industrial construction projects.

- Experience: 10–15 years
- Requirements: Experience in structural erection and execution for power plants, cement plants, or other industrial projects.
