Rodic Consultants is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for 19 Key Expert positions for an upcoming international road project in Rwanda, East Africa. The project is funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and includes Construction Supervision Consultancy (CSC) and Detailed Project Report (DPR) works. The company is looking for experienced Civil Engineers, Highway Engineers, Structural Engineers, Surveyors, Environmental Experts and other professionals for this international opportunity.

1. Construction Supervision (CSC) – 11 Positions
1. Resident Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12 Years, including 10 years as RE/PM and experience in asphalt road projects.
2. Assistant Resident Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7 Years, including 5 years as ARE/RE.
- Requirement: Rwandan National.
3. Pavement & Material Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10 Years in materials and road projects.
4. Geotechnical Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15 Years, including 10 years in ground investigation.
5. Highway Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8 Years, including 5 years in geometric design and supervision.
6. Senior Surveyor / Topographer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Survey
- Experience: 8 Years, including 3 years in similar road projects.
7. Environmentalist / Safety Expert
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Environmental Management
- Experience: 8 Years; REMA Lead Expert or equivalent.
8. Social Safeguards Specialist
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Social Science
- Experience: 8 Years in SIA/RAP.
- Requirement: Rwandan National.
9. Claims Expert
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 30 Years, including 8 years in claims evaluation and FIDIC.
10. Electrical Engineer
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 10 Years, including 6 years in street lighting.
11. Building Engineer
- Qualification: Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6 Years in building projects.
2. Feasibility & Detailed Design (DPR) – 8 Positions
1. Team Leader / Senior Highway Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12 Years, including 8 years as Team Leader in road design.
2. Senior Drainage / Hydrological Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Hydraulics
- Experience: 8 Years, including 5 road design projects.
3. Structural (Bridge) Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Experience in 5 bridge design projects.
4. Senior Geotechnical Engineer
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Geology / Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5 Years in supervision.
5. Senior Surveyor
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil / Survey with 6 years’ experience or Diploma with 8 years’ experience.
6. Senior Transport Economist
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Economics
- Experience: 5 Years in road feasibility studies and HDM-4.
7. Environmentalist
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Environmental Science
- Experience: 6 Years, including 3 road projects; EIA registration required.
8. Socio-Economist
- Qualification: B.A. in Sociology
- Experience: 8 Years, including 3 road projects in SIA/RAP.

Common Eligibility Criteria
- Membership of a recognised professional body.
- Fluent English communication skills.
