Desired Candidate Profile
Manager – Design Coordinator (MEPF & ELV)
- Experience in MEPF design engineering, design coordination and project execution.
- Strong exposure to EPC/PMC organisations and site execution.
- Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and execution teams.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office.
Manager – MEP
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP disciplines, from conceptual design to commissioning.
- Experience in design coordination, procurement, project planning and site execution.
- Knowledge of Electrical (HT/LT), Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Security and Access Control systems.
- Experience in MEP design, design review, project scheduling and execution.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
SME – ELV
- Experience in ELV system design for Data Centre or Industrial Projects.
- Knowledge of BMS, Chiller Plant Automation, Fire Detection, PA, Telecom, CCTV, Security and Access Control systems.
- Experience with WLD, Rodent Detection and VESDA systems.
- Ability to review ELV drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and shop drawings.
- Experience in clash-free coordination with Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Civil teams.
- Knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
Senior Engineer – MEP
- Experience in large-scale MEP works, including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing.
- Knowledge of DG sets, BMS, UPS, Security Systems, Civil and Interior Fit-out works.
- Experience in commercial, residential high-rise, infrastructure, industrial and Data Centre projects.
- Knowledge of MEP services execution, maintenance and planning.
