Job Details:
- Position: Senior Manager – Projects (Civil)
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Experience Required: 10–15 years in project management and execution within the Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for real estate developments.
- Ensure on-time delivery within budget and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee site selection, acquisition, and due diligence.
- Supervise construction activities including site management, quality checks, and safety compliance.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Report project progress to senior management regularly.
Qualifications:
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering
