1. Engineer – Electrical
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 Years in the Real Estate industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical works
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Identify and resolve site-level electrical issues and discrepancies
2. QS / Billing Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare CTC reports and cost forecasting based on site conditions and GFC drawings
- Certify work done, balance quantities, and contractor bills
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions and recommend contractor payments
3. EHS Officer
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) or related field
- Experience: 4–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify workplace hazards and implement risk control measures
- Maintain and update the Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
- Conduct job-specific Occupational Health & Safety training for workers and subcontractors
4. Architectural Services
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
