- Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Strategy
- Reports to: Vice President & Head – Corporate Strategy
- Department: Corporate Strategy
- Location: Head Office, Andheri West, Mumbai
Role Overview
The Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Strategy will be a key part of the Executive Vice Chairman’s Office, shaping and executing the company’s strategic plans.
Responsibilities include developing long-term strategies, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring alignment of operations with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with top management and senior leaders to develop short- and long-term strategy plans.
- Conduct detailed business analysis at company and BU levels.
- Organize the annual Strategy Conclave with the Chairman, CEOs of SP Group companies, and Afcons leadership.
- Lead strategy dissemination sessions across the organization.
- Coordinate with BUs and departments to execute and track strategic initiatives.
- Benchmark against competitors and research market trends & opportunities.
- Identify and map new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Prepare Management Discussion & Analysis for the Annual Report.
- Provide analytical and research support to the Head – Corporate Strategy.
Professional & Educational Requirements
- Experience: 8–12 years (minimum 4 years in Corporate Strategy / Management Consulting).
- Industry: EPC / Construction (mandatory).
- Education: MBA from a premier institute (mandatory); B.E./B.Tech in Civil preferred.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and top management.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, strategy, and market research.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
