- Minimum 15 years of experience in Tendering and Estimation for large-scale projects
2. Manager / Sr. Manager – Budgeting & Costing
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Budgeting, Costing, and Project Financial Analysis
3. Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – Projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Execution and Site Coordination
4. Revit / BIM Modeller
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM Modelling for Structural or MEP Projects
5. Revit / BIM Architect
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revit Architecture and Design Coordination
6. Structural Design Engineer
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Structural Design for Infrastructure Projects
7. MEP Draughtsman
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP Drafting using AutoCAD/Revit
8. Civil Draughtsman
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Civil/Architectural Drafting
9. Foreman – Finishing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works for commercial or residential buildings
10. Environmental Officer
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Environmental Compliance and Safety Management
